Every piece I create is 100% handmade, crafted with passion and attention to detail. Due to the artisanal nature of my work, here is my return policy:

- Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. However, if you receive an item with a defect or an error on my part, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos as proof.

- Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of a manufacturing mistake. Since each piece is unique and made to order, please double-check all details before purchasing.

- Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Make sure to confirm colors and sizes before placing your order.
